Subs is the app your studio uses for requesting and covering substitute classes.

Can't sign in?

"No instructor record matches your email" — your email in Mindbody must match the one you sign in with. Ask a manager to check your Mindbody staff profile.
"Account disabled" — your Mindbody staff record is inactive.
"Your account isn't a member of a studio that uses Subs" — your studio's sign-in service lists you, but not in a studio set up in Subs. Ask your manager.
