Subs privacy policy

Subs is an app for fitness studios to arrange substitute instructors. It is for the staff of studios that use it; you sign in with the account your studio gives you.

What we collect

• Your account: name, email, role and studio from your studio's sign-in service (id.mindfulsolutions.io).
• Your schedule: the classes you teach, from your studio's Mindbody site, and the sub requests, offers and responses you make in the app.
• Availability you enter, and the push notification token of each device you sign in on.

What we don't collect

• No location, contacts, photos or analytics. No advertising.

Who sees it

Managers at your studio see its requests and who accepted or declined them. Instructors see their own classes, requests and offers. Nothing is shared between studios. Teacher changes are written to your studio's Mindbody site.

Retention

Requests and their history are kept for reporting. Sign out to end a device's session; a session also ends after 90 days without use.
